This policy explains what Purrformance does with information you give us when you shop, track an order, join the email list, or send a message.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and delivery details when you place an order
• The beds, bundle, and quantity in that order
• The message you send through the contact form
• The email address you use to join the mailing list
• A tracking number or email address you use to look up an order

We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to take and deliver orders, send order updates, reply to your message, and send the emails you asked to receive. We do not use it for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Delivery details are shared with the carrier who ships the order, and payment details are shared with the provider who takes the payment. They use that information only to do that job.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for as long as we need them to deliver the order, handle a return, and keep ordinary records. Mailing-list addresses stay until you ask us to remove them. Contact messages stay until the conversation is finished.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask to be taken off the mailing list. Use the contact page for any of those requests.
